Visitor Policy at MM School
At MM School, the safety and security of our students, staff, and campus is of utmost importance. As a Top CBSE School in Raipur, we ensure that all visitors follow a clear and secure procedure upon entering the school premises.
Visitors to the School
All visitors have to present formal identification unless listed in the approved visitors or contractors list. On their arrival, visitors are to state the purpose of their visit and the staff member they are to meet. They will wait at the entrance for verification.
Legal ID is to be presented, especially for visitors from any organization-whether private or governmental. No entry without a valid ID. In case a visitor is permitted to have an interaction with students and fails to present an official photo ID, the visitor shall not be allowed access under supervision or unsupervised.
- Visitors receive a Visitor Slip, signed by the host staff member.
- A Visitor Badge will be issued and must be worn visibly at all times during the visit.
- All visitors must enter only through the Front Office—no exceptions will be made for alternative entries.
- Visitors will be escorted to their destination or the concerned staff will be asked to meet them at the Front Office.
- Upon leaving, visitors must return the badge and log their departure time in the Visitor Record Book.
All truck drivers are required to display their Bill of Lading and remain within appropriately designated loading zones unless accompanied by someone who escorts them.
- Delivery areas may be accessible with an access badge, but not for any further access into those areas.
- Persons dropping off or picking up students are restricted from alighting from their vehicles unless they possess the required pass.
- Every one of our visitors will go through a frisking as part of safety protocols.
Parents are always accompanied by a Front Office Executive while on school grounds.
Departure Protocol
Upon leaving:
- Visitors must exit through the Front Office.
- They must record their departure time, return the Visitor Badge, and submit the Visitor Slip at the Security Check.
Uninvited or Unknown Visitors
If an individual is spotted on campus without a Visitor Badge:
- They will be taken to the Front Office for registration and badge issuance.
- In case they deny this, they will be put outside the premises and there will be notification to the School Leadership Team (SLT).
- If required, police support will be sought in case of any violence or abuse.
Staff Orientation & Training
Before they start any kind of work at MM School, all new staff are briefed on this policy during their induction to ensure full compliance.
