Concerning Absence & Leave
- Regular attendance ensures steady academic and personality growth.
- It is compulsory for the students to maintain 85% of the attendance in a year to make them eligible to appear for the Examination.
- Leave to be informed prior to the Class Teacher through ERP.
- For every absence, a written statement (Leave Record) signed by the Parent/Guardian is required on the day pupil returns.
- Leave on medical grounds must be supported by a Medical Certificate duly signed by a doctor.
- Repeated absence without leave or unexplained absence for 6 consecutive days renders a student liable to having his/her name struck off the rolls without any notice. Re-admission may be granted after payment of fresh admission fee, at the discretion of the Principal.
- All students are expected to attend the school on the opening day after vacation. Absence for more than 3 days immediately after vacation renders the student liable to pay a fine of Rs 100 per day.
- Outside the vacation period pupils are not granted leave. Prior permission should be sought for absence from the school for any reason known or planned in advance.
- Attendance of each student on all National Festivals is mandatory.
- Mode of communication from school to parent 7 & vice-versa :
- By ERP (Notice / Circular)
- By SMS or Call
