Students should carry their Almanac to school everyday with their photographs duly pasted and the identity information complete/duly signed by the parents.
Students who come to school by their own transport should arrive at school before 8:50 AM.
Students should be neatly dressed. The school uniform is to be worn everyday and for all school functions. Students who are sloppily dressed or not in proper uniform will be fined or marked absent for the day. They should wear their identity cards every day.
Non-Sikh boys should get their haircut at regular intervals.
Students are expected to respect the property of others. They should also show respect for school property and no student should damage any school furniture, write or draw anything on the walls or in any way damage things belonging to others. Damage done even by accident should be reported at once to the Class Educator or the Principal. Any damage done will be made good by the one who causes it.
Students are advised to keep their classrooms / school building / campus as neat as possible and throw leftovers into the trash cans only.
Lending or borrowing of money and any other articles is not permitted.
The school is not responsible for goods lost. It is advisable not to bring valuable articles. They are also not allowed to wear jewelry in school. The school bears no responsibility for articles lost in school.
The school reserves the right to suspend or to take strict disciplinary actions against a student whose conduct is harmful to other students.
Parents and Guardians are not allowed to visit their wards or Educators in the classrooms, without the permission of the Principal. As far as possible, once a child has come to school he/she should not be asked to go on half a day or take leave from any period.
Parents / Guardians should sign their ward’s Report card within two days of the receipt of the same and send back to school.
The observance of rules of discipline of the school and good behavior is an essential condition to a student’s continuance in the school. In case any student violates the school rules or indulges in any form of indiscipline, stringent action will be taken against the student.
No student will be allowed to go home without the written permission of the Parent / Guardian.
Indiscipline behavior on the school buses will make the students ineligible to use the school transportation.
Parents should carry their Fetch Card when they come to receive their ward(s) at their designated bus stop.
Students are expected to converse only in English at all times.
There will be no retest if a student is absent.
